Austin Allred San Francisco-based CEO and co-founder Burundi Technology Claim eight Silicon Valley CEO resigns after experimenting with LSD. The term LSD is familiar to those who are aware of it. The drug has been used in different societies for spiritual and and healing purposes. The inspiration for such studies has arisen from the acute exploration of these compounds their use in the field of mental health and as self-help tools.

“Almost 100 % of the Silicon Valley founders I know who went on some psychedelic ‘self-discovery’ trip have become ex-CEO in less than a year. Could just be a random story but you might want to watch out for that,” Austin Allred Publish on X.
Commenting on a post by X user Ashlee Vance, the BloomTech CEO u.s.c. recounted that one such venture capitalist told him that, “We lost several promising founders to ayahuasca. They came back with a lack of motivation.”
In the comments section of the post, Allred stated that he was aware of ‘eight’ people, who I believe were all CEOs, who voluntarily left their posts owing to the use of hallucinogenic drugs. To the question, “How many people do you think are happier now?” he said, “Four,” but there is psycho estimation among those who left the post of general director.
User feedback
There is a good deal of user responses on the popular post.
“Maybe this is just me, but there seems to be some pretty great selection bias since it is so terrifying to walk away from being the founder and ceo of the company? meaning some of them would like to quit but are paralyzed in doing so, so, is this a self help journey? As a way of of pushing them? That’s at least the common story I hear.”
“I would say practically all the Silicon Valley founders who misled students regarding job placement rates, loan amounts and all this boring shit, who I know, quit the CEO positions within a year, I mean, almost 100% of them. I mean probably a random anecdote, but be careful with this stuff.”
“Possibly the best player in Shark history is among the Land Sharks’ players”
“Might as well not become a Chief Executive unless other areas of your life are also rewarding. This fact becomes quite apparent when one goes through a deep (mostly painful) experience. Hence, resigning is the next obvious thing to do for such people. Things. Status has never mattered in the way of life.”
