MG Motor India has silently increased the price of its popular SUV models, Hector and Hector Plus. The revision has led to an increase in the prices of Hector by ₹22,000 and that of Hector Plus by ₹30,000, with the costs depending on the variant and engine choice.
Major General Hector: price increase
This comes after a 95 crore cut in price for Hector earlier this year. This change does not affect the entry level style of Hector. The petrol manual trim has seen an increase between Rs 16,000-20,000 with a price increase from Rs 17,000-22,000 for Petrol Automatic trim.
Therefore regular diesel version is more expensive by INR 18K -22K. In other words Petrol now costs from INR 13.99 Lakh to INR 18.43 lakh while Diesel goes from INR 17.30 lakh to INR 22.24 lakh ex-showroom.
MG Hectorga: price increase
The two new cars are named Hectorga (gasoline) and Hectorgd (diesel). Price fixing shows that petrol manual model costs start at Rs 23k and its cost changes end at Rs 25k; diesel automatic version pries begin at Rs 19k till rs 23k.
Diesel Engine Model Price Increase: Rs 20k-30k+ After this latest update, the base-level petrol version of this car starts from INR 17.30 lakh to finish up at around INR 22.93 lakh while its diesel counterpart ranges between around NR 19,82 lakh and NR 23.lakhs (ex-showroom).
Major General Hector black storm Version: price increse
Also pricings have been changed for this black storm version The Blackstorm diesel manual version now retails for INR 22.24 lakh after a price hike of INR 22,000; and the Blackstorm petrol automatic costs INR 21.53 lakh following an increase in price of INR 21,000.
