“One thing Ayan Mukerji did was, because we didn’t know each other before the film. We didn’t have much time to read and stuff like that. Our first location was Manali. So. He decided to take a road trip from Delhi and instead of letting us fly, he arranged two cars and Ranbir, Deepika and Aditya were in another car and that’s how we went to Manali.
The actress believes that the road trip made a huge impact and helped create a great bond between the actors.
“Stop in dhabas, eat together, go to the toilet in the little village, talk about our lives. We did everything. If you arrive on a business class flight of just one hour, it will be very different. So driving 8 hours will take Ayan’s move was a very smart move.
