Flight canceled due to crew sick leave
However, Air India Express announced the cancellation of over 80 international and domestic flights from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning. A spokesman for the airline said the flight was canceled due to a “collective sick leave” by senior cabin crew.
“While we are engaging with crew to understand the reasons behind these incidents, our teams are actively working to resolve this issue to minimize any resulting inconvenience to guests,” a spokesperson said on Wednesday.
An Air India Express spokesperson said passengers affected by flight cancellations will be refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
