In a viral video, a boy was seen casting his father’s ballot at a voting booth in Bhopal on Tuesday during the 3rd phase of polling. User X described it as “a farce.” The boy is shown pressing the button for BJP tickets in 14-second clip, which pans to the VVPAT machine.
