WhatsApp’s next release will include a feature that will enable users to view their security settings and easily access them so as to adjust accordingly.

WhatsApp has plans to develop a new feature allowing users to quickly check their security settings which they are expected to release in an update soon. These settings add another layer of protection for user accounts. The interface for the security check screen provides options such as creating a password. Or using biometrics or screen lock for logging into WhatsApp. Sometimes, if they can’t receive a verification code through text message, it helps when their email address is attached to their account for recovery purposes too. Additionally, you should activate Two-step verificationfor added security with your own 6-digit PIN.

“This self-contained approach allows managing safety preferences less complicated by making sure customers can easily navigate. Through the myriad choices which are available about safeguarding one’s accounts. It also encourages end-users without waiting around for any protection steps instead of waiting for them.” Make sure they go through and update their security settings section

WhatsApp is building translation feature
