Days earlier, three suspected drug traffickers were arrested in the Peruvian capital Lima during a police raid led by the “Grinch” Christmas.

This is not the first time Peruvian police have used clothing in an anti-drug operation. Last Halloween, police dressed as characters from the horror movie “Child’s Play” including Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees and Tiffany Valentine conducted similar raids on the homes of suspected drug dealers.
Peru is the world’s second-largest cocaine producer and coca cultivator, according to the U.S. State Department.
“Most of the cocaine produced in Peru is shipped to South American countries for domestic consumption, or for transshipment to Europe, the United States, East Asia, and Mexico,” the U.S. State Department website states.
