Vijay Deverakonda is preparing for his next big project, a spy action thriller tentatively titled “VD12” and directed by Gautam Tinanuri best known for his work on Jersey. The film is currently in pre-production.
We had just concluded a month-long shooting spree in Vizag as the media recently reported and we will go to Sri Lanka for the next phase of shooting. The crew will visit some cities on this island. It is anticipated that there shall be intense action sequences.
The team, which includes Vijay Deverakonda and Gowtam Tinnanuri, is gearing up for this crucial schedule and they will fly to Sri Lanka this week. They plan to shoot over a span of 20-30 days. May play the female lead in the cop drama but more details about it are still being kept under wraps. Fans eagerly expect more information on the story line as well as characterization. In recent public appearances Vijay Deverakonda sported a thick beard. Hinting that it might be for his role in that movie. The release of the film is planned towards end year.
Nag Ashwin’s mythological sci-fi movie ‘VD12′ also featured Vijay Deverakonda apart from VD12′.
Kalji AD 2898’. He was playing Arjuna from Mahabharata at time in this film. His scenes were set against backdrop of Kurukshetra war including Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwatthama doing certain action sequences among others. The fans loved this cameo appearance.
Additionally, Vijay has announced two more of his films, tentatively titled ‘SVC59’ and ‘VD14’.
