Heart @ July 9. Last year, on this day, the popular actress of Bengali television got married. This year it is the wedding anniversary of Shruti with her husband Trinani and film-maker. Shruti has been eagerly waiting for this day. In the past few days as a countdown she has been posting lovely pictures of herself with him on her social media pages that were cute. Finally! It’s special today. With a sweet post, Shruti wished Swarnendu, her husband; Sharing an adorable video of them, she typed “Happy 1Yingshi!
In the video Shruti and Swarnendu are seen in red twin outfits. Between them they are often photographed candidly smiling broadly at each other.
Shruti legally married Swarnendu after dating for some years at a legal affair. A year ago on July 9th the couple registered their marriage. People seemed to mind about the age difference between Shruti and Swarnendu as they always criticized their romance though still continued being together without paying attention to trolls and haters.
The couple were hitchhiked during an intimate ceremony in last year alone. Apart from registering their marriage legally the couple also exchange garlands and ringed themselves too.. Sidur Daan was performed by Swarnendu also.” Since then both Shruti and Swarnendu have spent one happy year together as spouses.
Shruti and Swarnendu recently traveled to Meghalaya. On social media, Shruti posted about their journey there too. From going around scenic locations across Meghalaya to spending time with each other – this was most liked aspect from their trip for both individuals. Sharing yet another video in which she was singing at top of voice while onboard boat at Dawki river made it more thrilling.
On her recent work front, Shruti will be shooting soon for song debut Network series. Meanwhile, the actress will soon debut in an OTT platform with famous director for upcoming series Daini Mimi Chakraborty of ‘daini’ is also expected to feature.
In addition to this, Shruti Das will also be there in an important role in the series. “I wanted to do good work”, said Shruti during her interview with Parami News on her shooting experience; I have done lead characters on TV but this is my first project on Web and I always wanted to add good work to my resume.
When I was chosen for such a character, it surprised me. Most of My audience has seen me as a simple girl from a village. By this one word alone changed it all. That’s why I am grateful that my director never made me go through auditions, and he believed in me though he could have considered others as well. The series shoot has been awesome for me completely and hope it meets up the expectations of my fans.
However Swarnendu has returned behind the camera as well with his new serial ‘Mala Bodol’. Starring Ritu Pyne as lead pair, the new mega serial deals with journey of a divorce lawyer and matchmaker.
