JAIPUR: A young man and woman, who worked as an event manager, were killed when the SUV they were traveling in overturned on a highway near Jaipur. Ganshahar region in Bikaner earlier on Sunday. The car collided with a guardrail and flipped multiple times before landing in bushes on the side of the road.
The victim was identified as Muneet Botra (27) and Raveena BadnaniThe daughter of Dilip Badnani of Badala village was thrown out of the car as it hit both. Despite deploying the airbag, the victim did not survive and died at the scene.
A police officer said the accident occurred around 6.15 am on Sunday when the SUV collided with a guardrail on the highway from Gangashahar to Nokha.
The vehicle flipped approximately four times before veering off the road and becoming stuck in bushes. The specific cause of the accident is still under investigation.
Muneet and Lavina run an event management company called Love Surprise Event Company. They just came from lonely road when the accident occurred.
According to police, the two were returning from work at the resort when the accident occurred.
Hearing the loud noise of the car accident, locals rushed to the scene, only to find the crashed car and the victim lying outside with no signs of life. They informed the police, who arrived and took the body to the mortuary of PBM Hospital. The deceased’s family has been notified.
