Ashwin is part of the Indian Test squad for the upcoming two-match series against India Bengal. The series will begin on September 19 with the first Test being played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
“I don’t have anything like this in my head. I take it one day at a time because when you get older you have to put in extra effort every day. It’s different. I’ve put in a lot of effort over the past 3-4 years, Ashwin said, according to ANI.
He further added, “I haven’t decided (to retire) yet, but one day I feel like I don’t want to progress today and I will leave. That’s it.”
