According to the news reported by the Bharatiya Janata Party’s spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari following the supreme court’s ruling regarding the Clash and threats. Why is there no action against someone like Kejriwal? Has the supreme court held that it is lawful to arrest Arvind Kejriwal?”

Bhandari added, “The supreme court in its order today has stated without any ambiguity that the arrest Arvind Kejriwal is lawful. Further in this situation, the court also added that he could not append his signature on any paper as the chief minister and was not able to undertake any responsibilities of a minister.”

Bhandari further said, In these circumstances, the supreme court said that arbitrarily because Mr. kejrwal decides that he cannot leave the chief minister’s office or even his house no where does his lawyer seek to appeal the order. These types of remarks are usually made against hardened criminals. This proves without a doubt that the policemen have indeed arrested Kejriwal.”

He further spoke on the running charges of corruption against am admi party. “Arvind Kejriwal is in jail like every other person involved in this alleged conspiracy and the supreme court has endorsed the process of law”, Bhandari said.

“The people residing in Delhi will never accept someone as their leader who is a criminal or a person who is audaciously corrupt. Kejriwal’s corrupt Aam Aadmi Party government will soon be dismantled by the people,” he cautioned.

Bhandari stated that even though the bail has been provided, the court’s standpoint is severe in regard to the allegations. “Albeit, he has been set free on bail, the court has maintained on the order of his confinement” scoffed him.

The Supreme Court of India also granted Kejriwal that was arrested in connection with the raids in the case of corruption CBI investigation. The court observed that “only custodial sentence is usually imposed that has a long-lasting nature constituting cruel and unjust confinement”.

The case for the arrest was made on March 21, when the Enforcement Directorate arrested him, and a second arrest by the CBI on June 26. He was arrested while in ED detention on serious allegations over the now revoked Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
