Thai AirAsia X to launch Delhi-Bangkok flights from next month

Mumbai: Thai AirAsia (XJ) announced Thursday Direct flights from Delhi To Bangkok Don Mueang Airportstarting December 15th. .com to make reservations. AirAsia MOVE Appor an authorized travel partner, it said.
“The direct service enables Delhi passengers to fly to destinations such as Chiang Mai, Phuket, Shanghai or Sydney via Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport. Passengers only need to clear immigration and collect their luggage at the final destination,” the company said.
Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia X, said: “Thailand AirAsia number of tourists. Thai AirAsia X believes that the bridge between India and Thailand will promote good relations, economic stimulus, trade and tourism by increasing the ease and affordability of travel between the two countries, he added. It added that from Don Mueang Airport, arrivals on the route will have access to Thailand’s largest domestic travel hub.
Service starts at Flights every two weeks It operates on Wednesdays and Sundays and will increase to 4 flights per week from January 15, 2025, operating every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The route provides connections to domestic destinations and international locations in ASEAN, China, Japan, South Korea and Australia.
The Delhi-Don Mueang route uses Airbus A330 aircraft with 285-377 seats. Flight XJ231 departs from Delhi at 17:05 and arrives in Don Mueang at 22:50. The return flight XJ230 departs from Don Mueang Airport at 12:45 and arrives in Delhi at 15:50.
