Telegram is changing. The reason seems to be that its CEO was recently detained for four days Pavel Durov in France. Lady journalist’s attitude probably supports that the company has tacitly begun to reprimand some users for the violation of Koran. Durov said that with their ideas, he intends to change the way the site deals with abusive material and make it easier for the law enforcement agencies to send their queries to the app.
