Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the expansion of its partnership and Google Cloud Introducing two new artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity solutions designed to enhance enterprise cyber resiliency.
New products include TCS Managed Detection and Response (multidrug resistance) and TCS Secure Cloud Foundation. Both solutions leverage Google Cloud’s security capabilities and TCS’s industry expertise to help enterprises combat advanced threats and protect cloud environments.
The TCS MDR solution is powered by the Google Security Operations Platform, enabling security teams to detect and respond to threats faster.
Meanwhile, TCS Secure Cloud Foundation implements Google Cloud security solutions to enhance cloud security posture and governance across single, multi- and hybrid cloud environments. It uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation to embed security and compliance guardrails throughout the DevSecOps lifecycle.
Ganesa Subramanian, Vice President and Global Head of TCS Cybersecurity Business Group, said: “This collaboration brings together the best features, background knowledge and accelerators of TCS and Google Cloud to comprehensively protect enterprise customers’ digital assets.”
TCS has successfully deployed both solutions for several customers. For example, the Secure Cloud Foundation solution helps a German multinational bank automatically identify and deploy more than 800 security policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
This expanded partnership builds on a decade-long collaboration between TCS and Google Cloud. Now, the company will focus on leveraging Google Cloud’s AI-driven security portfolio, covering threat intelligence, security operations and cloud security.
Peter Bailey, vice president and general manager of Google Cloud Security Operations, said the integration can significantly improve an organization’s security posture and immediate threat response capabilities.
