The nominee for social category The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) Awards have been announced including such amazing names as Taylor Swift, beyonce and, Sabrina Carpenter in running, who is easily called the nominee for social category. So, this event, which will take place on September 11, will reward in 4 social categories, of which two are announced new: The most significant performance and Best Popular Videos.
MTV announced that the participants will be able to choose which of the artists they liked for these categories. In these categories, summer song An award presented by Hilton is for the best summer song of the year. Nominations in that category include Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Ariana Grande and Chappelle Rowan. ‘Song of the Summer’, regarding which the fans can vote will commence from 11am September 6, 2021 and will end at 11am September 10, 2021.
Further to them is the category announcement which will award the most wonderful music groups across different music genres allocated as ‘Best Group’. Expectation of the nominations include, Imagine Dragons, NCT Dream, NSYNC, Coldplay, New Jeans, Seventeen, Tomorrow x together and Twenty one Pilots. The voting for this category is scheduled for September 3rd 11am Et to September 6th 11am Et.
The newly added category of “Most Iconic Performances,” will include some of the iconic performances that are worth the part of VMA history and adjudicators derive that will fit into this category from their vast reservoir of memories.
