Suniel Shetty recently purchased a 1,200 sq ft property in Mumbai with his son Ahan Shetty for Rs 801 crore. According to Square Yards, the property is located in the Khar area. The deal, which includes registration fee of Rs 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs 40.08 million, will be completed in October 2024. According to IndexTap.com, Suniel Shetty’s daughter and son-in-law purchased an apartment in Pali Hill for Rs 20 crore in July. The 3,350 sq ft residence is located on the second plus 18th floor of the ground floor of Sandhu Palace. The couple paid a registration fee of Rs 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs 120 crore.
