Sarfaraz’s achievement mirrors similar performances by two Indian batsmen. Madhav Apte scored 0 and 163* against West Indies at Port of Spain in 1953, while Nayan Mongia scored in the 1996 Test series Delhi scored 152 for 0 against Australia.
