RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024

RRB NTPC Exam Date 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), which is responsible for the recruitment drive for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) posts in Indian Railways, is expected to announce the RRB NTPC Exam Date 2025 on its official website of regional RRBs soon. Indian Railways will fill a total of 8,113 postgraduate posts and 3,445 undergraduate posts through this round of recruitment.

RRB NTPC Exam Dates 2025: When will the exam schedule be released?

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), the organizing body for the RRB NTPC exam 2025, is expected to conduct the exam between March and April 2025.
The 2025 RRB NTPC exam notification will be released on September 13, 2024, and the registration window will be open until October 27, 2024. Candidates are eagerly waiting for the announcement of the exam schedule, which is expected to be announced soon.

RRB NTPC Exam Date 2025: Check Detailed Exam Pattern for CBT Pattern Test

The selection process for RRB NTPC exam 2025 involves multiple stages including Computer-Based Test (CBT) Phase-I, CBT Phase-II, Typing Skills Test/Computer Aptitude Test (for some posts) and Document Verification/Medical Examination. Selection is strictly merit-based and is determined by performance in these phases.
The exam will be conducted in multiple languages ​​including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri English, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025: CBT 1 Exam Pattern

The first phase of CBT evaluates candidates in three parts:

  1. General awareness: 40 questions, 40 points.
  2. math: 30 questions, 30 points.
  3. General intelligence and reasoning: 30 questions, 30 points.

This stage has a total length of 90 minutes, a total of 100 questions, and a total score of 100 points.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025: CBT 2 Exam Pattern

The second phase of CBT includes the following components:

  1. General awareness: 50 questions, 50 points.
  2. math: 35 questions, 35 points.
  3. General intelligence and reasoning: 35 questions, 35 points.

This stage has a total of 120 questions, with a maximum score of 120 points, and a duration of 90 minutes.
Candidates should note that negative mark 1/3 of a point will be deducted for each incorrect answer on the CBT 1 and CBT 2 exams.
