Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 13-km-long Namo Bharat corridor connecting Sahibabad and New Ashok Nagar. Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut routewith an investment of approximately 46 billion rupees.
Besides, he also launched services on the 2.8-km-long Delhi Metro Phase-4 section between Janakpuri and Krishna Park, which was constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 1,200 crore.

The Prime Minister also launched the construction work of the 26.5-km-long Rithala-Kundli section of the fourth phase of the Delhi Metro, worth Rs 6,230 crore. The new line will provide connectivity between Rithala in Delhi and Natupur (Kundli) in Haryana, significantly improving transportation in northwest Delhi and neighboring Haryana.
