Rajnandini Paul is all set to act in Mainak Bhaumik’s new film Rappa Roy O Full Stop Dot Com, alongside their co-actor Amartya Ray. The other cast includes Bratya Basu and Shantilal Mukherjee.
The movie is an adaptation of a graphic novel as written by Sujog Bandyopadhyay. It centers on Rappa Roy, a graduate from an art college and also a journalist.
Amartya Ray takes up the male lead role with Paul being his female counterpart. The actor had recently featured in Maidaan where he acted as Chuni Goswami, the legendary footballer.
While speaking about her first venture with Mainak, Rajnandini said, “When I was growing up I used to see his movies. I can’t wait to work with Mainak da once more and having a screen space shared with Amartya.” Rajnandini and Amartya have previously worked together in Uronchondi
