New Delhi: bjp charged on sunday Rahul Gandhi Encouraging violence against PM Modi as it targets opposition leaders assassination Attempts against the former President of the United States Donald Trump. Referring to Gandhi’s condemnation of the attack, Amit Malviya, the head of the IT unit of the BJP, said these were disingenuous remarks. trump card.
He said on “X”, “The third defeat, Rahul Gandhi has often encouraged violence against Prime Minister Modi and defended him, and now he has lost to Prime Minister Modi multiple times. How can India forget How did the Punjab police, then under the leadership of the Congress party, deliberately undermine the Prime Minister’s authority when his convoy was stuck on a flyover for safety reasons? ”
Posting some of the Congress leader’s past comments, Malviya added that Gandhi had used similar rhetoric against Modi, such as calling him a “dictator,” and that Trump’s critics like Democratic leaders and U.S. President Joe Biden has used similar rhetoric.
After the assassination, many of Trump’s supporters claimed that the demonization of him by his rivals had created a climate of hatred against him.
Malviya said Trump’s critics believe his democracy is in danger, likening it to the Indian opposition’s “constitutional danger” against Modi.
Malviya said Indian democracy had survived the attacks from the global left and Modi would be re-elected for a third term.
He said: “Caste, like race in America, has been weaponized to drive discord in Indian society. It is also no coincidence that demonizing opponents and calling them dictators is not a coincidence. In fact, global moneybags carry dangerous ideas with this word. Refers to “caste”.
But he claimed that Gandhi sought foreign interference in Indian elections but failed to achieve this goal.
