Delivery policy in New Delhi: Arrested Teen Mother In Car Accident Porsche. This came after his blood sample was confirmed to have been switched with that of his mum, said the city police chief Amitesh Kumar on Saturday.

The court was told by the police that the lady’s blood sample had been taken and swapped for that of the teenage boy on 29th January.

In addition, on Friday, police obtained permission from Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) to extract statement from the 17 year old Porsche Taycan Driver.

“We will visit the observation post on Saturday to record the boy’s statement,” a crime branch official told TOI.

In attendance will be a DPO and relative during which time the minor’s statement shall be recorded.

The father and grandfather of a minor involved in Pune accident were sent in custody for 14 days after getting discharged from police custody.

Besides family members, Dr Ajay Taware (formerly head of Forensic department of Sassoon General Hospital), Dr Shrihari Halnor (medical officer) and Atul Ghatkamble (employee)s` were charged with tampering with minors` blood samples so as to hide their consumption of alcohol..

A dozen phone calls between Vishal Agarwal and Dr Ajay Taware were made during blood collection as per investigations by the Police.

“The investigation into Dr. Fetal Jaishwal has shown that Dr. Harno received three lakh rupees through NEFT at night when he accepted four shares in Hrithik Medicals,” Maharashtra Minister Hasan Mushriff said today.

Through an application, police have sought detention of Vishal Agarwal over allegations that he exchanged blood samples.

According to Juvenile Justice Act, JJB allowed police to conduct inquiry against juveniles involved in case who must remain accompanied by their parents while being investigated under this law till completion.<br.

Immediately following a May 19 crash, the JJB gave bail to him, and ordered a write up of a 300-word article on road safety,” as a condition for his release. However, following nationwide outcry, the police contacted the JJB again and modified the order to send the minor to an observation home until June 5th.

Following an incident where a member of the JJB granted bail to the teenager, Maharashtra government has constituted a committee to look into conduct of state appointed Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) members and ascertain whether correct procedure was followed when they issued orders in Pune car program crash case.
