Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to launch registration PM Internship Program 2024 Today, October 12th. Below is a detailed guide covering every aspect of the scheme, including eligibility, how to apply and the companies involved.

PM Internship Program 2024: Application Portal and Timetable

Online registration for the PM Internship Program 2024 will open today (October 12, 2024) at 5 pm. and the process for submitting an application. After completing registration, applicants will receive notifications about available internship opportunities via their registered email or mobile number.

PM Internship Program Eligibility Criteria 2024

To join the PM Internship Program 2024, candidates need to meet the following requirements:

  • age limit: Applicants must be young professionals or students, typically between the ages of 18 and 30.
  • Education requirements: Candidates from different educational backgrounds such as undergraduate, postgraduate or diploma holders are eligible.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Internship opportunities are available across different functional areas, so applicants should tailor their preferences to their skills and education.
  • Country of Citizenship: This program is open to Indian nationals only.

How to Apply Online for PM Internship Program 2024

The process to apply for the PM Internship Program 2024 is very simple:

  • Please visit the official website https://pminternship.mca.gov.in/login/.
  • Click the registration link and fill in the required information, including personal, educational and professional details. Submit the form.
  • The portal will automatically generate a resume based on the submitted details.
  • Select up to 5 internship opportunities based on location, department, functional role and qualifications. The application can be customized to suit personal preferences.
  • After making all your selections, submit your application and download the confirmation page. Keep a printed copy for future reference.

2024 PM Internship Program: Internship Opportunities and Goals

The PM Internship Scheme 2024 aims to provide 10 million internship opportunities in the next five years. In the financial year 2024-25, the government has set a target of providing 125,000 internship positions in top companies. The internship will last for 12 months, allowing participants to gain practical experience in various industries and enhance their skills and employability. Interns will receive a monthly assistance of Rs 4,500 from the Government of India and Rs 500 from the industry. Apart from this, the Indian government also provides a one-time miscellaneous fee of Rs 6,000 and insurance to each intern under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana.
