New Delhi: Shooter Avani Lekara A compatriot won the gold medal in the women’s 10-meter pneumatic rifle (SH1) event at the Paralympic Games for the second consecutive time. Mona Agarwal Won a bronze medal at the Paris Paralympic Games. Runner Preethi Pal won the bronze medal in the women’s 100m – T35 event with a personal best time of 14.21 seconds.
Here is India’s schedule for day two of the Paris Paralympic Games on Friday (all times as per IST):
For badminton
12 noon: Manasi Joshi In the women’s singles SL3 group stage, she lost to Ukraine’s Oksana Kozina 21-10, 15-21, 21-23.
For badminton
1:20 pm: Manoj Sarkar lost to Thailand’s Mongkhon Bunsun 19-21, 8-21 in the men’s singles SL3 group stage
Disabled athletics
1:30 pm: Jyoti Karam and Sakshi Kasana win women’s discus – F55 final
Disabled table tennis
1:30 pm: Indian pair of Bhavinaben Patel and Sonal Benn Patel lost to second seeded South Korean pair of Jung Young A and Moon Sung Hye in the women’s doubles quarter-finals – WD10 event
For badminton
2pm: Nitesh Kumar beat China’s Yang Jianyuan 21-5, 21-11 in the men’s singles SL3 group stage
2:40pm: Suhas Lalinakur Yatiraj In the men’s singles SL4 group stage, they defeated South Korea’s Shin Kyung-hwan 26-24, 21-14.
Disabled shooting
2:45pm: Manish Narwal finished fifth with a score of 565 to reach the finals of P1 – Men’s 10m Air Pistol SH1 event. He finished ninth in pole performance and advanced to the finals with the top 8 athletes by a narrow margin.
Para rowing
3pm: The Indian rowing duo of Anita and Narayana Konganaapalle finished fifth in the first round of the PR3 mixed double sculls with a time of 8 minutes 06.84 seconds. They will now participate in the rematch, as only the winner of each preliminary round will advance to Final A.

3:03 pm: Archer Sarita beats Malaysia’s Nur Jannaton Abdul Jalil 138-124 to reach quarter-finals in Women’s Individual Compound Open finals

3:15pm: Avani Lekhara won the gold medal and Mona Agarwal won the bronze medal in the women’s 10m pneumatic rifle standing SH1 competition.

4:24 pm: Arshad Shaik participates in the men’s C2 3000m individual pursuit qualifying event

5pm: Sriharsha Devaraddi Ramakrishna Qualifies 10m Air Rifle Mixed Standing SH2
5:30 pm: Rudransh Khandelwal and Manish Narwal participate in the men’s 10m air pistol SH1 final (if qualified)

7pm: Rakesh Kumar and Shyam Sundar participate in the men’s individual compound open 1/16 knockout round
