Their new song “Walk” earned NCT 127 their first trophy after a music performance. This announcement was made through the official website of KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” that said it won’t be aired on August 2 because there is the Paris Olympics happening in 2024.
It scored an impressive 8,335 points in the Music Bank K Chart for the week of July 22-28, crowning it champion. This win is a significant milestone for NCT as they have been working hard and fans are loving their song.
On that very week, Chk Chk Boom by street kid finished second with 6,340 points. BodyThe other song which was part of top three and had a total score of more than three thousand eight hundred and fifteen points is XO (Only If You Say Yes).
This victory not only showed NCT’s talent or how good their songs are but it also showed that there is competition among musicians in S.Korean pop industry. Fans Are delighted with NCT 127”s achievements and impatient to know what awaits them next.

NCT #127’s expanded version was where they debuted on July 7th,2016 with seven members: Taeil, Taeyong, Yuta, Jaehyun, Winwin, Mark, Haechan. Doyoung joined the group in December 2016 along with Johnny ahead of releasing their second EP Limitless. While jungwoo was added into the team in September 2018 before bringing out their first studio album Regular-Irregular. Their voice and rap skills as well as dance routines make them famous with“new music” based on experimental hip-hop.

In addition, NCT #127’s last three albums have all become top five best selling records ever by a kpop act on Billboard charts for first time ever and having three albums in this category means that only BTS beat them amongst South Korean pop music artists (Warner Bros..).
