Shikhar Dhawan, star of Jio Cinema’s recently premiered series “Dhawan Karenge,” was discussed by Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant about his mother being very angry when his father gave him a costly bat that he had bought for it due to the love he had for cricket.
Rishabh Pant made a return in professional cricket just completed Indian Premier League. He got seriously injured in a terrible accident on Delhi-Dehradun route, leaving him paralyzed since December 2022.
“I’m glad I could accomplish my father’s dream of becoming a cricketer.” It was somewhere when I was in 5th grade that I decided to become a cricketer. My father presented me with a bat worth Rs 14,000 and my mother got super pissed off with dad,” he said.
In IPL 2024, Pant scored the most runs for Delhi Capitals where he scored 446 runs in 13 games at an average of 155.40 including three fifties.
However, Rishabh Pant only managed to get the team to sixth position.
