The 17-year-old adventurer conquered Africa (Mount Kilimanjaro), Europe (Mount Elbrus), Australia (Mount Kosciuszko), South America (Mount Aconcagua), North America ( Denali) and Asia (Everest), the culmination of her current climb in Antarctica.
