In Uttar Pradesh’s Maipuri district, three women lost their lives when the roof of a two-story structure collapsed due to powerful downpours on Thursday. The Municipality office has confirmed the rescue team and the Local Government staff over that incident occurred at 8am.
Mainpuri deputy councilor Satya Prakash Sharma stated that the roof collapse was due to torrential rainfall.
“In the roof collapse incident, 3 women died. No other person has sustained any injury. This house is about 15-16 years of age and the roof seems to have collapsed because of the heavy rains,” SP Sharma said.
The house in question is owned by military man Kaushalendra Yadav. The three deceased were identified as Neelam, Anupama and Preeti who were all in the age bracket between thirty and thirty five years. The spouse of the deceased lady has recounted the details about the victim.
In the incident, three women that is to say Neelam, Anupama and Preeti who were aged between thirty to thirty-five further alleging a thousand forty-two witnesses and read am heard none will want to request. Each of them was compensated lakhs of rupees,” ADM Mishra works.
Marshal Mishra also noted that compensation will be given to the relatives of the victims. Their family members will receive Rs 4 lakhs each, he further added.”
