Personal user
There were millions of personal Windows end users around the world. Who were also affected by the outage resulting in a screen freeze turning blue. This error can cause a computer to shut down or restart unexpectedly thereby leading to loss of unsaved data for the user which results into wasting valuable time. The screen shows these words: “Your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart. Just collecting some error info and we’ll restart it for you.” These critical errors (sometimes referred as black screen errors or STOP code errors) result. When a fatal problem occurs & Windows has no choice but shutdown suddenly or restart itself again.
