There were millions of personal Windows end users around the world. Who were also affected by the outage resulting in a screen freeze turning blue. This error can cause a computer to shut down or restart unexpectedly thereby leading to loss of unsaved data for the user which results into wasting valuable time. The screen shows these words: “Your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart. Just collecting some error info and we’ll restart it for you.” These critical errors (sometimes referred as black screen errors or STOP code errors) result.
