“Focus on karma, not the consequences of karma. That’s what worked in my mind. I thought, ‘Do your thing and that’s it,'” Realizing your actions are a product of karma takes away all anxiety about consequences. Removing ego demands accountability for results hence focus will be shifted to doing good only. Take this as if you were planting seeds; concentrate on making soil fertile and carefully sow them such that you never know what would come out of it. Only focusing on what one does with intention and integrity helps relieve anxiety from desired outcomes. This way of thinking allows one to act with clarity and purpose, thus freeing him or herself from the expectations of others so that life runs its course.
