Mangaluru: Langa Adityana Kendrais an active branch of St Aloysius (regarded as a university) and is dedicated to organizing theater-related events for students and audiences throughout the year. The department’s annual arts festival successfully provides a platform to emerging and established theater artists and troupes, while also developing an audience capable of appreciating and critically evaluating the arts.
As a continuation of this journey, the upcoming drama festival St Aloysius (Deemed University) Ranga Adhyayana Kendra in collaboration with Astitva (R), Mangaluru, Arehole Prathishtana, JCI Mangalore and Lalbhag is organizing the ‘National Multilingual Theater Festival’ -2024′ from September 14 to September 17 At St Aloysius (regarded as a university). The festival will showcase a total of five plays performed in three different languages by teams from three different states.
The festival will be inaugurated by Melvyn Rodriguez, convener of Konkani Sahitya Akademi and founder of Kavita Trust. Proto Upskill CEO Gurudutt Bantwalkar will attend the event.
The event started at 6.30 pm at St Aloysius (Deemed University), Mangaluru.
