The carmaker describes ‘Thar Roxx’ as a rock star with a flair for classiness and robust performance. Now let us look at what we can expect from the upcoming Thar Roxx.
Tal Rocks: Design
In this teaser image, you will see the front end and side profile of the Thar Roxx which make it looks more superior than its sibling three door model. Significantly, there is also a new six vertically stacked double-slat grille which gives it an even tougher overall facade than before. Furthermore, in place are round headlamps but these have LED projectors and C-shaped integrated DRLs now; fog lamps still stay where they were while turn signals become sleeker in design. There are also other changes such as dual-tone ORVMs, silver bumpers and diamond-cut alloy wheels in brand-new designs.
Tal Rox: Other Changes
Lately leaked photos have depicted how there has been an addition of vertical stack door handles for rear doors while another reveals that there is ORVM fitted with camera thus indicating presence of 360 degrees all around camera system.
Thar Roxx: Engine options
According to insiders at Mahindra Motor Company Limited, Thar Roxx will come with three engine options: its current 2-litre turbo-petrol engine along with diesel engines (2.2 litres) and (1.5 litres). A choice between manual and automatic transmissions will be provided depending on driving desires and needs meaning both techniques may come in handy for those looking forward to either own of them. As for the new three-door model, it will be able to perform on RWD system better than ever before but still there is room for customers who wish switching to 4WD.
