
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh undergoes sweep Administrative reorganization Affects 47 IAS and IPS officerthe changes took effect around 1 a.m. district collector and inspector general of police (SP), influencing leadership in various regions of the state.
The reorganization marks a significant shift in key positions and includes the promotion of several officers to higher levels and the reallocation of responsibilities aimed at increasing administrative efficiency and meeting district needs.
Among the most significant changes is the appointment of Sachin Sinha as administrative member, Gwalior Revenue Board, from the post of principal secretary, labor ministry. Sanjeev Jha has been transferred from Chambal district commissioner to Gwalior Revenue Department, while Umakant Umrao will be posted as principal secretary in the labor department after serving in the revenue department. Besides, DC Sagar has been promoted as Additional Director General of Police (ADG) at Bhopal Police Headquarters from his earlier posting as Director General of Police Shahdol.
The reorganization also appointed five International Accounting Standards Officer The first promotions to the post of Collector from the 2015 batch include Roshan Kumar Singh as Vidisha Collector and Mrinal Meena as Balaghat Collector. Among the IPS cadre, Anurag Sharma has been promoted as Inspector General of Police (IG), Shahdol district and Jitendra Singh Panwar has been reappointed as Deputy Commissioner of Police, District 4, Bhopal from the post of Inspector General of Police, Anuppur.
A further list of recipient transfers is expected to be released after August 15, indicating that the state’s administrative framework is constantly being adjusted.
