As Donald Trump inches closer to winning the White House with victories in key battleground states like North Carolina and Pennsylvania, Elon Musk, a strong supporter and campaigner for the former president, Musk is in a meme frenzy. Musk staged a photo of him walking into the White House with a sink in his hand.
Musk and Trump spent election night at Mar-a-Lago and attended festivities in Palm Beach, Florida. A photo widely circulated on social media showed Musk sitting next to the Republican nominee as a screen behind them showed exit polls showing Trump in the lead.
According to the New York Times, Musk was one of the few people who watched the election results with Trump. Trump has hosted a range of events at Mar-a-Lago, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. He will also address donors at the Palm Beach Convention Center as the election results become clearer, according to the New York Post.
With early projections showing Trump ahead of Vice President Kamala Harris, Musk expressed confidence in his return to the White House. On the
Musk, who has donated more than $119 million to pro-Trump super PACs, has been an active supporter throughout the campaign, hosting events in Pennsylvania and hosting an X-Space with the former president. He also attended several Trump rallies.
According to the latest projections, Trump leads with 211 electoral votes to Harris’ 145.
