Desperate times call for desperate measures in Oprah Winfrey and Kamala Harris’s interviews. There is no doubt that this Democratic candidate was the gun owner. She laughed off and said if someone broke into her home then Mother would shoot men, than getting back and saying probably I shouldn’t say that, I should let my staff handle that later, though, she should probably not have said. This isn’t the first time Harris has highlighted her gun ownership.

At the “Unite for America” rally that Winfrey held in Michigan, attendees were encouraged by Kamala Harris to rise above the divisions brought by Trump. Other Hollywood stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Meryl Streep showed their support through electronic means and reached out to almost a million viewers.
Apart from issues related to gun control, Harris focused on other major topics of her campaign, including abortion and immigration, in reply to questions directed at her by Winfrey.
