Java 42 FJ: Engine
The Jawa 42 FJ draws power from a new 334 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 29.1 hp and 29.6 Nm of peak torque. It is the same Alpha 2 motor deployed in the Jawa 350 but has a different state of tuning to enhance performance. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-assist clutch.

Talking about features, the motorcycle comes with full LED lighting, single cabin digital instrument console and USB charging port. The motorcycle rides on a steel chassis and is suspended by 41 mm telescopic front forks and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking power comes from 320mm front and rear disc brakes, with dual-channel ABS as standard.
