Elon Musk went on “The Joe Rogan Experience” to express his doubts about Hollywood’s political support, specifically targeting Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jennifer Lopez. Musk has become increasingly outspoken in his support of Donald Trump, questioning the authenticity and motivations behind celebrity endorsements.
Rogan noted on the podcast that Diddy’s inner circle has long supported Democratic candidates, including Kamala Harris. Musk responded by questioning the credibility of Jennifer Lopez’s support of Harris, noting that Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Lopez has never spoken out against him, despite his rather controversial behavior.
“Like Lopez is like his ex-girlfriend. Now she’s decided to warn people about Trump. I’m like, wait a minute. How many people has she warned about Diddy? Oh, zero. Okay. Maybe we shouldn’t believe that. Her opinion,” Musk said.
“That speech was terrible. If she was going to warn people, why did she never warn anyone about Didi?” the Tesla CEO questioned.
During the podcast, Musk suggested that Hollywood insiders may be aware of Diddy’s alleged activities. “People in the music and entertainment industry need to know,” Musk claimed. Rogen echoed that sentiment, saying, “There have to be rumors.”
Rogan mentioned comedian Kate Williams, who has openly discussed the dark side of Hollywood, while Musk compared the entertainment industry’s behavior to that of the United Kingdom, mentioning notorious cases such as Jimmy Savile, who he claimed the U.K. Broadcasters covered up Jimmy Savile’s crimes for years.
“That’s next level. The BBC is trying to hide that. That guy is basically one of the worst child rapists of all time,” Musk said.
Musk has previously claimed that certain political and entertainment figures feared Trump would win over potential disclosures, including a so-called “Epstein client list” that Musk believed would expose damaging secrets.
Federal prosecutors charged Diddy with running a “racketeering conspiracy” that began in 2008, accusing him of using his influence to pressure women into making compromises and using recordings to blackmail them. Prosecutors also allege that Diddy maintained power over his victims through threats and physical attacks.
