Indonesian plan signed business transactions In the business transaction between hosts 2nd edition of Cooperation with Africa Countries Worth USD 3.5 Billion Indonesia-Africa Forum on7th June 2017 in the island of Bali. The Southeast Asian country’s president disclosed on Monday.
The forum, which is taking place until September 3, seeks to enhance the economic cooperation As Indonesia looks for ways of diversifying its export market.
President Joko Widodo said that as the forum opened on Monday, the volume of trade and trade agreements between Indonesia and Africa has improved in quantity and quality.
Some of the MoUs expected to be signed during the event include a geothermal project between state-run Perusahaan Listrik Negara and Danske Electricity Supply Co TANESCO and an agreement between Indonesian biopharmaceutical companies Bio Farma and Ghana Atlantic Life Sciences Ltd Intermediaries with latitude of indonesian foreign ventures.
The ministry was not more informative.
During the forum, Indonesian officials said that airports will be closely monitored for measles infection. One of the topics that was discussed at the Indonesia-Africa parliamentary forum over the weekend was the ongoing MPO epidemic, state news agency security Antara reported.
