Indian Railways ICF Recruitment: The Integrated Coach Factory of Indian Railways has started the online application process for recruitment of 1,010 engineering industry apprentices on its official website icf.indianrailways.gov.in.

ICF Chennai offers 1,010 apprenticeships under two categories: Fresher Trade Apprenticeship and Ex ITI.
For freshmen, there are 330 vacancies. Candidates must have completed Class 10 Higher Secondary School with at least 50% marks and studied Science/Mathematics at 10+2 level.
There are 680 vacancies under Ex ITI category. Candidates must have completed Class 10 Higher Secondary School with at least 50% marks and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant industry.

Subsidy details
The stipend for apprenticeship training is as follows: freshers graduating from class 10th will get Rs 6000 per month while freshers graduating from class 12th will get Rs 7000 per month. Ex-ITI individuals holding national or state certificates will also get Rs 7,000 per month. It is worth noting that in the second year of apprenticeship, the prescribed minimum allowance amount will increase by 10%.
