'I limped into the House': Malikajun Haq accuses BJP MPs of 'personal attacks' during protests outside Parliament

New Delhi: president of congress and opposition leader Malika Junhag A letter was written to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha on Thursday About Birlaclaim physical attack go through Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party during a protest outside the Capitol.
In his letter, the octogenarian leader detailed the melee near the entrance to the Macca dwarves, saying: “When I and indian block MPs, the BJP MPs pushed me physically. Thereafter, I lost my balance and was forced to sit on the ground in front of Makha Deva. It took a toll on my knee, which I’ve had surgery on.

The LoP in the Lok Sabha added that MPs came to his aid. “The congressman then brought a chair and I was forced to sit on it. With the support of my colleagues, I limped to the House of Representatives at 11 a.m.,” he wrote.
Haq called the incident an attack on his status and dignity and urged Speaker Om Birla to take action. “I urge you to order an investigation into this incident, which is not only an attack on me personally, but also on the leader of the opposition in the House of Commons and the president of the Congress party,” he said.
The row took place as members of the India Bloc, which included Haq and Congress MPs Rahul Gandhiheld protests demanding an apology from the interior minister Amit Shah On what he said about Ambedkar.
The protest turned chaotic when a BJP lawmaker confronted the Indian group outside Makaduwa. Both sides shouted slogans in an attempt to drown out the other’s voice. Two BJP MPs Pratap Chandra Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput were also injured in the scuffle outside Parliament.
