
Bengaluru: Two months after a man was kidnapped and murdered, Madanayakanahalli police arrested eight suspects, including a minor, and found that the victim had borrowed Rs 3,500 from one of the suspects and was charged with Killed for money.

“Vijayanagara police shared a photo of the body they found. A tattoo of a bull on the right shoulder matched the description of missing Akhilesh Yadav. We asked Suresh to take a look at the photo and he That was confirmed,” one investigator said.
Colleagues and friends of Akshilesh told police that a few months ago, he had borrowed Rs 3,500 from a friend Mohammed Eshan, 23, of Darsanapura, over which the two had an argument. .
“We have detained Eshan for interrogation. He admitted to beating Yadav and dumping the body near Vijayanagar forest,” police said.
Based on Eshan’s statement, the police arrested seven other people who helped him kidnap and kill Akhilesh.
The other six accused are Roshan Jameer, 23, from Peenya; Ganesh N, 24, from Hanumantappa layout; Vishwa, 24, from Hesaraghatta; Nagesh H, 30, from Yelahanka New Town; Nanda Kumar, 20, from Tigalarapalya; B Manukumar, 26, from Begur. They are either drivers or mechanics. The eighth suspect is a minor and has been turned over to a juvenile home.
