Gemini app launched by Google in India, now supports nine Indian languages and English. After previously being launched over four months ago, Gemini app has been introduced in India. The purpose of this expansion is to make Artificial intelligence assistant More convenient for users across the country.

Gemini app now has support for Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil Telugu and Urdu.“Today we add to that momentum with new features in Gemini that are design to empower more people to do their work in the language they choose,” stated Amar Subramanya VP of Engineering at Gemini Experiences.
Users can type or chat or even attach images in order to get AI assistance wherever and whenever they need it. “Take a picture of a flat tire; get instructions on how to change it or ask directions writing a thank you note—it’s almost limitless,” adds Subramanya.
Two versions: basic version and advanced version
The default edition of Gemini app runs on Gemini 1.0 Pro while the paid choice is call Gemini Premium Utilizing more effective model – Professional Edition Model of Gemini 1.5. Subramanya pointed out that “With an enormous one-million token context window; globally the longest context any widely-used consumer chatbot has today.”
Gemini Advanced can handle massive text data like long documents up to 1500 pages as well as complex tasks like data analysis. It also includes nine Indian languages available at base application level.
Gemini is now available on Android, iOS and the Google Messages app
In India Android adherents may find the Geminis application at Play Store or use it as AI Assistant Default with Google Assistant Application. In few weeks’ time, iOS holders will have access to Geminis through Google App.
Google also launched Gemini Google messages For users in India, initially English support is available which will enable users to directly go into the messaging app for AI assistance.
