On July 22, Cube Entertainment released a statement addressing the issue and outlining their response. They acknowledged they had made an error and stated that they had directly contacted the Korean Red Cross to say sorry. They also mentioned that they are discussing appropriate next steps to address the situation and prevent it from happening again in the future. Hello everybody, this is cube entertainment. We will make a statement regarding (G)I-DLE’s stage costumes for their performance “Klaxon” on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank on July 19th.
After contacting korean red cross was certain problem with the stage costume has been resolved after such apology rendering action we are in touch with korea redcross about preventive measures.
Again we would like to apologize to those affected people (Red Cross). We thank you heartily fans who have always given so much care and support IDLEs.”
