Police Wednesday arrested four individuals in connection with the murder of a man in New Delhi ‘kayan taluka’ in thane district more than one of the old dispute in said an officer.
An official from Tuesday said that Kolsewadi police station has ordered that the murder occured on the night which was Monday and Tuesday in Lakshminagar area of Kalyan east.
“Victim, Ayub Sheikh had a dispute with defendant. However, the defining of those issues brought up at Sweeney’s and heresy and violence ensued. Sheikh was in a helicopter which was within minutes and SWAT team engagement ensued. The aggressors left the location as well.
Sheikh and his two friends were present at the time when the incident took place. An official who spoke to the media said that on the basis of their complaint, the accused were chargesheeted under Section 103 (1) ( m ) of BNS.
Later, when the incident was reported, police registered a case for the purpose of investigation and arrested four persons. Swith to enter the head of Police said Shushal Jadhav, Bhavesh Shinde, Dinesh Lanka and Ajith Kader.
