This court had in the past also declined to grant a stay on its order permitting the petitioners to approach the upper bench on notice.
As early as today, police reported, Suresh was nabbed in the early hours from Manchirevuru near Narsinghi in Hyderabad.
Mangalagiri Rural Police have already traced the involvement of over 75 YSRCP leaders and activists including MLC Lella Appi, ex MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy and Devineni Avinash in the destruction of NTR Bhavan.
In the investigation, around 30 people have been detained so far. About 10 police teams have been constituted to look for the other culprits.
As per the Guntur police, they placed Nandigam Suresh in front of the court on Thursday and the court has placed him under remand for 14 days.
Thereafter, he was transferred to the Guntur Central Prison. The TDP called it a ‘YSRCP sponsored’ attack on NTR Bhavan ‘Terrorism’.
