Asha Negi, who is best known for her excellent performances in television shows like “Industry,” Abai and Barish keeps it simple and natural when it comes to celebrating her birthday. She chose to have a quiet day on the Mountain instead of throwing a party in the city.
“I usually don’t remain in urban areas, I prefer going out on a tour during my birthday most likely to mountains. Even parties are not so much fun for me.I do not just want any friend group. I like spending my birthday with friends. I’m fond of very intimate setting celebrations involving only few close people.
To Asha, the hills are not only an exotic destination but also a sanctuary. They offer her an opportunity to restore herself and achieve inner peace. “If I had my wish, I would spend every year celebrating my Birthday by the Mountains. However, sometimes work commitments or other things get in the way. Last year, I was in Mumbai whereI celebrated at home with some of my closest friends on this planet. Everything was quite personal and intimate which made me happy.
Her love for mountains is not just dreaming; she says she cherishes this connection.“Actually I love mountains generally. So wherever I am, you will find me going up into the hills. I like exploring new destinations but I am more drawn towards mountains. So i try different places nearly all of them usually” As Asha looks forward toher upcoming birthday. She can’t wait for what lies ahead because everything seems ideal considering her liking for nature. To be more present. I want to live more consciously, be grateful, be in the moment, be grateful for what I have and who I have.”
This time round, however, her mountain trip on her birthday will be slightly different as she plans to visit various temples around and hug her parents, spirituality plus hiking habit. ”I love Hiking or if not, I still prefer being near nature, eating staple food and meditating in the mountains meeting people. The temple visits will be many this year so I am really excited about that,” she concluded.
