The individuals, including owners and mediators, were linked to a pharmaceutical company that distributed medicines to the National Capital Region of Delhi and other areas.
Recently, authorities discovered a huge cache of cocaine weighing 518 kilograms while raiding a drug-related company in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
The seized goods are worth approximately Rs 5,000 crore in the international market. The ongoing investigation has resulted in the seizure of a total of 1,289 kg of cocaine and 40 kg of hydroponic cannabis with a total value of Rs 13,000 crore from Thailand.
Police began the operation in August after receiving a tip from the CIA.
The latest breakthrough came after interrogating arrested suspects and analyzing data from their mobile devices and other monitors.
The second shipment was traced to a British national named Savinder Singh. The drugs were found to have originated from a pharmaceutical company in Gujarat, triggering the raid and subsequent seizure.
