Google and X Corp (formerly Twitter) have been ordered by the Delhi High Court to remove claims made on behalf of Birla, Daughter of the Speaker of Indian People’s House via her father. It is alleged that she passed UPSC exam at the first attempt because of her father’s influence. The court gave them 24 hours to deal with the temporary order and restricted any anonymous party from making defamatory allegations in relation to this.
