New Delhi: Rouse Boulevard gets approval on Monday temporary bail To the CEO Rau’s IAS Research Circle CEO Abhishek Gupta and coordinator Deshpal Singh Until the death case at the Delhi coaching center on December 7.
On July 27, three civil service aspirants drowned in the basement of a coaching center in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. The three people who died were Shreya Yadav (25 years old) from Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni (25 years old) from Telangana and Kerala Nevin Delvin (24 years old).
Chief District and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandna granted a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh each along with two sureties of equal amount to the accused.
Further, Justice Chandna directed Gupta to deposit Rs 25 crore with the Red Cross by November 30. The Executive will be solely responsible for any loss, claim or damage to any person or material.
The bench also observed that Gupta and Singh served as the CEO and coordinator respectively of Rau’s IAS research circle and were responsible for its operations.
Earlier on September 13, the High Court granted bail to four landowners and directed to deposit Rs 5 crore to the Red Cross. Thereafter, a corpus was created.
